No Return Policy
At The Infused Hen, we take pride in offering high-quality, carefully crafted tea blends. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please Note:
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any tea products.
- If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please get in touch with us at [susan@henandhorsedesign.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
- In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will work to resolve the issue.
